The hotel offered just what we needed with very comfortable and well-equipped rooms. It was very clean and tidy, but the downside was the area outside my bedroom window where hotel staff seemed to gather. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Victoria train/tube and coach station, perfect for accessing various amenities. The dining was a mixed experience with lovely offerings, yet the breakfast options felt lacking. Overall, a great value for money stay with friendly service.

The location is excellent, right outside my room, with a slight downside of overlooking the bedroom of the room next door. Nonetheless, the stay was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the reception staff were very pleasant.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms had all I needed for a short visit, although they were on the small side, they were comfortable enough. The location was excellent, close to transportation hubs and good dining options. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a variety of breakfast items. However, being next to the stairs could be a downside for light sleepers trying to rest early.

The hotel is perfectly located near Victoria tube station, providing easy access to transportation. It's also surrounded by pubs, fine dining options, and famous pastry shops. The rooms, albeit small for two persons, are lovely and cozy. However, if all guests dined at the same time, it could feel a bit cramped. The complimentary continental breakfast, although basic, offers everything you'd expect. The location near various attractions and transportation hubs is a definite plus.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel has a nice appearance but being located in the basement below reception meant constant foot traffic overhead. Despite suffering from many faults and small sizes, the rooms looked nice. The continuous noise from the air conditioning or extractor fan was not ideal, though.
